Disrupting manufacturing through accessible automation

This session will focus on providing an overview of Automata's ambitious goal of disrupting the manufacturing industry, first through its lightweight affordable robot-arm, Eva, and eventually through its longer-term mission of creating a manufacturing OS. It will include a current state of the manufacturing industry, the direction of progress within it, life in a robotics (so hardware + software) start-up in London and how Automata and a few other start-ups are attempting to make an impact on this traditionally slow-moving industry.

Arrival details: Once you reach the front office, check in to receive a badge; you'll be directed to the common kitchen area where the presentation will take place. Please move into the designated area in a quiet and orderly manner as it's a shared office with Etsy.
