Our creative genius and co-founder Kuba will talk about how important building a successful brand is to start up success.  Before eve, Kuba was Head of Marketing at Channel 4 so brings with him a wealth of experience and top class advice. He's the guy behind the eve brand - the yellow, the energy, the focus on mornings. Whilst others say goodnight, here at eve we say good morning. This will be followed by a Q&A and then a short session on what it's really like to work at a start up for those looking to get into it. I will give a personal take on what it's like to work in both a large corporate and a start up, in my talk 'From Corporate to Start Up'

Disrupting giants: How HotelTonight revolutionized online hotel distribution with a mobile-only approach

Donnie Schumann, our EMEA head of strategic partnerships, will walk you through HotelTonight's journey and how our founders used a mobile first approach to grow into the world's third largest online distributor of hotel rooms. HotelTonight recently had to face a series of exciting challenges: international expansion and raising overall brand awareness in the face of giant competitors like Booking.com and Expedia. Donnie will highlight how the company reached profitability in 2016, expanded in EMEA, and where HotelTonight is headed next.
